Our heavy machine shop facility enables us to undertake complex machining and fabrication projects in-house, while our experienced engineers provide comprehensive on-site machining services throughout the UK and Europe. Our extensive capabilities include line boring, flange facing, milling, turning, drilling and tapping, shaft machining, pipe cutting, alignment services and Fin Fan machining. We also design and manufacture bespoke machinery for complex or non-standard machining requirements.
In addition, we deliver a full joint integrity service including controlled hydraulic torquing and tensioning, bolt load calculations and joint certification, equipment calibration and Q.A services, ensuring compliance, safety and reliability on every project.
